1-day Foundation. 3-day Advanced. Plus 3-stage mentoring.
Turn analysis into a narrative that wins decisions. The program covers audience framing, structure, visual design, and live delivery. It includes review of the learner’s own work between sessions.
Customer Experience and Journey Mapping
2 days.
Build journey maps that drive change, not wallpaper. The program covers research inputs, mapping technique, prioritisation, and the bridge from map to roadmap.
Design Thinking for Managers
2 days
A practical version of Design Thinking for people who run teams and budgets, not just sticky notes. Focus on framing, prototyping cheaply, and deciding when to push through and when to pivot.
Action Planning for Product Innovation
1 day.
A working session for product and innovation teams. Convert a backlog of insights into a prioritised, owner-tagged action plan that is ready for the next sprint.
User Research for Product Innovation
1 to 2 days, customisable.
Equip product teams to plan and run their own research with confidence. Cover question framing, method choice, recruiting, analysis, and the handoff into design and product decisions.
Custom curricula
We also design custom programs for in-house academies, leadership cohorts, graduate hires, and bespoke executive sessions.

Format
