Design thinking is a non-linear, iterative process that is used by cross-functional teams to understand users, challenge assumptions, redefine problems and create innovative solutions to prototype and test.

- Framing and ideation techniques (Ideation methods include brainstorming, mind-mapping, sticky-notes ideation, fast ideation, deep analysis, divergent and convergent thinking
- Storytelling- – improvisation, scenario planning, development of scenarios, evaluation tools
